  2. Dreamwork to look at ways in which our subconscious is telling us what and how we need to change through our dreams while we sleep.
  3. Stress Reduction to implement ways to change thinking patterns and improvement abilities to be present within their life.

NEUROFEEDBACK

Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function, by which the brain learns to function more efficiently. The brain is observed in action from moment to moment then show that information back to the patient, and reward the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns.

Neurofeedback is also called EEG Biofeedback, because it is based on electrical brain activity, the electroencephalogram, or EEG. This gradual learning process applies to any measurable aspect of the brain.

We believe in the human spirit and psyche at work to find a natural emotional balance. At NeuroCycles Wellness Center, we know that emotional awareness can be taught effectively. With practice, emotional regulation becomes second nature. Inner peace and knowledge is something that supports and adds to self-assuredness.
